ABOUT
Yoga Sadhaka /Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500,
Pranayama, Meditation & Yoga Nidra Teacher.
"Yoga has transformed my perspective on life, fostering a profound sense of awareness and harmony within myself and my interactions with others. I am compelled to share the tools and this wisdom to impact and enrich life around me.."
Anusuya's journey into yoga commenced in the heartland of Yoga, India, where the spirit of self-inquiry resonated deeply within her from a tender age. Her introduction to Yogic Philosophy sparked an unwavering commitment to this transformative path, shaping her life's trajectory.
Though, like many, Anusuya's initial steps in yoga began with physical postures, her spiritual thirst and yearning to fathom life's mysteries impelled her to delve into the multifaceted realms of yoga, eventually finding solace in meditation and beyond. Along her odyssey, she was graciously guided by esteemed yoga mentors from India and the U.S. She frequently visits India to learn from the roots.
Today, Anusuya remains a devoted lifelong student on the yogic journey, sharing her wealth of wisdom and experiences with others through group and private classes. Tailored to accommodate individuals of all ages and abilities, including those with restricted mobility, her classes are a testament to her inclusive approach. Particularly drawn to guiding senior citizens along their yoga path, each session is meticulously crafted to address the unique needs of participants, seamlessly integrating the holistic principles of the 8 limbs of yoga to facilitate personal transformation and growth.
