I have been doing yoga for 20 years, mostly just to stretch. I have been practicing seriously for 5 years. I have had the pleasure of having Anu lead me through her class. She has been by far the best instructor I have had. Her practice has taken me to the next level. Her way of teaching is above and beyond any class I have been in. She will take any pose and make sure you are working every muscle in your body. She is the only instructor who can get me to put my feet over my head and on the floor, while lying down, halasana. You leave class floating on air and in a peaceful mind. She is one of the best!
One of my favorite yoga instructors Anu classes are relaxing but at the same time challenging. Crazy as it sounds it's true. She helped me get through rotator cuff soreness and taught me how to strength the area.
